For over 10 years, Right Fit Profiles has provided psychometric assessments for selection, development and retention to both Fortune 500 and small to mid-size companies.  Our core assessment solution has been the Leading Dimensions Profile (LDP), one of the most widely used pre-employments assessments in the industry.

In 2018, the research team behind the LDP discovered a measure of emotional intelligence that we call REACH.  REACH measures agility to adapt to the needs of different people and different situations.  Most importantly, REACH can GROW!

MEET THE PRINCIPAL

Jerry Donella, PHR, is the principal of Right Fit Consulting, LLC, and former Senior Vice President of CraftSystems, Inc., a 29-year global leader in employment assessment and development. In addition to working with Fortune 500 companies to select, develop and retain peak performers, Jerry has consulted extensively for organizations in the US, UK, Australia, India, and China.

In one of the nation’s most comprehensive studies of leadership, Jerry personally interviewed thousands of CEOs and was involved in the personality assessment of each of these leaders and many of their employees. The results of the research took Jim Collins’ “Good to Great” concepts to the next level to discover the most effective tools to put “the right people on the bus in the right seats.”

Prior to founding Right Fit Profiles, Jerry led the Sales and Training team at Craftsystems, publishers of the Craft Personality Questionnaire (CPQ), a renowned personality instrument that has been used nationally and internationally over 500,000 times since its release in 2000.  Jerry provided targeted sales and leadership development for thousands of managers, ensuring that contributors were prepared, motivated and engaged to perform their duties at the highest levels.  Companies that benefited from these services include Securian Financial, Penn Mutual, The Principal Financial Group, Time Warner Cable, Southern Farm Bureau and hundreds of small and mid-market organizations.

Jerry also conducted 360 Survey result analysis for one of the largest call center outsourcers in the country, providing insight on how leaders can more effectively engage employees to ensure higher performance and retention.

As a speaker, Jerry has conducted training workshops and spoken at national conferences for a variety of companies throughout the United States.  Since 2000, he has conducted workshops and seminars for:
